We do not condone copyright infringement and will comply with DMCA takedown requests.

3. Service Description

3.1 Free Service

StemSplitter.pro is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Introduce usage limits or premium features in the future
• Change these Terms at any time

3.2 Service Limitations

Our Service is subject to the following limitations:

• Maximum file size: 100MB
• Supported formats: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, MP4, MOV, AVI
• Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
• Processing time varies based on file size and server load
• No guarantee of 100% uptime or availability

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
• We do not store your audio files permanently
• We do not use your files to train AI models
• We collect minimal analytics data to improve the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StemSplitter.pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any audio files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing stem separation results. This license expires when your files are deleted (after 1 hour).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of stem separation results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
